What You Bring

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Have a basic understanding of contract language and accounting principles -Specific vision abilities required by this job -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and financial systems -Familiarity with cash application processes and AR reconciliation -Experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services industries -Have a high school diploma or equivalent and five years' relevant experience, including a minimum of two years of AEC industry experience -Ability to communicate effectively across departments -Occasionally required to sit and stoop -Strong understanding of project accounting and contract management -Prior experience in accounting, finance, or project coordination preferred -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines -Background in project accounting or contract administration -Experience with Deltek Vision -Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours)
