- Travel domestically and internationally to customer and partner sites (25–35%).
- Analyze data and generate reports and presentations.
- Coordinate metrology with internal and external partners.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Develop and inspect patterned wafers.
- Manage stock of process materials.
- Operate semiconductor lithography and metrology equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Plan and execute lab experiments.

- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Experience optimizing wafer fabrication processes and applying statistical methods (DOE, SPC).
- Ability to troubleshoot lab hardware and install new equipment.
- Graduate degree in a semiconductor-related field.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience operating semiconductor process equipment, especially lithography tools.
- Comfort working with new equipment and evolving procedures.
- Strong understanding of lithography processes, metrology, and materials.
- Cleanroom experience including wet chemical handling and wafer processing.
