Tasks

-Working with site leads to integrate additional sites into the client's Archibus database -Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to coordinate office and non-office relocations for projects impacting up to 75 employees -Assist in quoting of furniture and finishes, work collaboratively with internal customers on iterative design approaches to meet the requirements within defined budgets -Monitoring Work Orders for a variety of needs (electrical, HVAC, janitorial requests, office keys, etc.) -Enter quotes into internal company purchasing system, track process and invoicing. Printing nameplates, etc. for cubes/offices or submitting a Work Order for other needs -Maintain an accurate occupancy database through an existing Archibus database, provide reporting to ensure accurate cost allocation. Run ad hoc metrics -Interpret customer requests, provide design concepts and AutoCAD drawings -Update Facilities drawings in AutoCAD based on renovation projects, with adherence to existing drawing / layer standards

The Associate Space Planner position supports a team responsible for space programming/feasibility studies, occupancy tracking, move management support, AutoCAD test-fits, and data analysis. As an Associate Space Planner, you will be collaborating with other departments to wholistically capture program and customer requirements and driving best-in-class solutions. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. We are seeking qualified candidates for an open Associate Space Planner position in our Program Management division. This position will require you to work full-time from our client's office in Rochester, NY. -Familiarity with corporate/office environments, building standards, and occupancy planning -Proficient with AutoCAD, and Archibus Space Planning database module, or other Integrated Workplace Management System platforms -The ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and furniture layouts -Proficient in space planning, interior design, restacking plans, master planning, space analysis, move management, and AutoCAD drafting. Candidate must be proficient in Excel and performing data analysis -High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills -Ability to obtain a US security clearance -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Partner with Business Unit (BU) representatives, ability to facilitate discussions regarding requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs) for office and mixed-use space -Experience managing projects from conception to execution -Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related Facilities field with one (1) to three (3) years of job-related experience
