Work requires local and occasional out-of-town travel to job sites and customer locations
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities with minimal guidance
3 years of experience in HVAC or services-related sales
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, and to negotiate work areas under construction
High school diploma or GED
Highly adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing customer demands
Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software

Bachelor’s Degree
Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Moderate physical effort. Requires handling of average weight objects up to 50 pounds and extensive standing and walking
5 years of HVAC or Plumbing experience/vocational training
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand various technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, civil, structural)
Work involves moderate exposure to elements, such as hot/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or loud noises
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
