Constant coordination with Alesea team in Milan to align on company commercial and operational strategy, to solve quality issues and to discuss solution improvements to be developed.
Manage business operations and customer success by ensuring correct use of the solution and maximizing value to customers (trainings & support to plants and customers, guide the customer through the value of the solution, reporting and consulting activities to the customer on process improvements);
Contribute to the development of new service lines related to sustainability and supply chain optimization in collaboration with Alesea central team and Prysmian North America team;
Sales and business development to end clients, both existing and prospects. This activity will be performed, depending on the case, either in collaboration with Prysmian North America sales team or in direct sale;
