Application Development Manager – Web & Cloud Integration

Lead global dev teams to build and integrate scalable Vue/Node/React apps on Azure.

Tasks

-Provide technical leadership and mentorship across front-end and back-end development. -Oversee application performance, scalability, and security within Azure cloud environments. -Drive the adoption and integration of GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity and code quality. -Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow. -Collaborate with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. -Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and support professional development. -Lead and manage a globally distributed team of developers across multiple time zones. -Oversee the design, development, and integration of applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and React.js. -Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members -Implement and optimize agile delivery practices using Jira or Azure DevOps, focusing on sprint velocity and quality improvement. -Manage development pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and release planning.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. -Familiarity with ServiceNow platform integration and workflow automation. -Certifications in Agile, Azure, or relevant development technologies are a plus. -Proven experience managing application development teams, including remote and globally distributed members. -Track record of improving sprint velocity and reducing bug incidence over time. -Strong hands-on expertise in Vue.js, Node.js, and React.js. -Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle databases, and MongoDB is a differentiating factor. -Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for agile project management and CI/CD. -Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with cross-functional -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -DLL’s referral program applies -Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, including resource provisioning and monitoring. -Demonstrated success in implementing GitHub Copilot within a development team.
