- Manage end-to-end business development cycle – lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and handover to delivery teams in India.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, target industries, and potential client segments.
- Represent the firm at US-based industry forums, networking events, and coworking/real estate platforms.
- Identify and engage US-based companies/ Real Estate for Workspace expanding into India.
