Tasks

-Perform site grading, drainage, and erosion control design in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations -Design and prepare plans for site development, roadway, utility, stormwater, and other civil infrastructure projects -Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices -Review construction plans and specifications for accuracy and adherence to project goals -Conduct technical analyses, calculations, and cost estimates -Collaborate with project managers, architects, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met -Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies -Provide support during construction, including responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, and field inspections

What You Bring

-Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university -Strong oral and written communication skills -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to present to co-workers and clients. -Knowledge of StormCAD, ArcGIS, AutoCAD -Ability to work in groups as well as individually -EIT preferred not required -Knowledge of computer aided design software, AutoCAD, InRoads and Excel -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to make public presentations
