The Role

Overview

Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade plant electrical equipment.

Tasks

-Understand and comply with all safety rules, including Lock, Tag, and Verify. -Work in a team setting with other maintenance personnel. -Manage assigned work orders. -Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment. -Organize work area, tools and parts. -Install, maintain and troubleshoot distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers and fuse disconnects.

What You Bring

-Associates Degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance or Licensed Electrician. -Proficient in diagnosing and testing motors and motor control circuits. -Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs and Programming. -The position is subject to 24-hour call out; shift and weekend work. -Ability to run conduit and knowledge of relevant codes. -Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters. -Must be able to work with computer based maintenance software. -Minimum of five years maintenance experience in a plant setting. -Work with minimal supervision; manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities. -Comprehend and use technical manuals and schematics. -Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills -Work with computers, line drive, and PLCs, -Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to climb stairs and work high up.
