Full-cycle recruitment for telecom roles, partnering with hiring managers

Tasks

-Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate updates, and guide candidates through the process -Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, desired competencies, and interview strategies -Manage job postings and ensure accurate, timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) -Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements and Company values -Build and apply deep knowledge of the industry, the Company, and its competitors to inform sourcing strategies and attract top talent -May be required to work long and unpredictable hours -Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks -Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools -Manage full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience -Represent the Company at job fairs and recruiting events to strengthen brand awareness -Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings -Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills -Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information -Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing -Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the Company’s applicant-tracking system -Four years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; experience in the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred -Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements -Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels -Ability to sit at a desk for 6-8 hours per day -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency -Ability to work on a computer for 6-8 hours per day -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
