What You Bring
-This position is similar to a utility locator or utility designator and requires minimum of 2 years of utility locating or designating using many types of pipe and cable locating devices -Possess the ability to designate/locate a variety of underground utilities, create legible field sketches, simple mathematics, field measurements, document daily activities, and perform records research. -Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Surveying, CADD, and vacuum excavation truck experience a plus. -Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience -Valid Driver’s License -Understanding basic traffic control and the hazards associated with working in and around traffic and follow safety precautions -Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is preferred -Ability to maintain required certifications. -Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position. -Highschool Diploma/GED
