Lead sales for complex turbo compressor projects, managing forecasts, client relations, and handovers.
Achieve a "Clean Handover" to the commercial and implementing teams for every new project. Responsibilities include final Purchase Order review and capture; and leading/participating in all internal and external kickoff meetings.
Develop and nurture client relationships and continually create new ones by active onsite visits and engagement sessions. Capture and share customer intelligence within SE.
Responsible for Forecasting all M&U business in assigned selling accounts – Salesforce funnel, and accuracy / quality of forecasts.
Apply strong business insight to build and communicate a compelling value proposition while meeting company growth and profit targets.
Participate and potentially lead SE business growth initiatives as needed.
Meet SE sales, booking and earning objectives while representing the customer requirements. Manage expense governance within SE corporate guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related Engineering field or equivalent experience.
Strategically oriented with a detailed knowledge of products, services, and markets of centrifugal compressors with an understanding of compressor performance & application principles.
Minimum 5+years’ experience with Rotating equipment sales, turbomachinery, compression and/or capital project business development experience, preferably with knowledge of centrifugal compressors.
Willing to travel domestically in a defined regional sales territory.
