The Role

Overview

Develop new business for Wipfli's CRE practice, building relationships and managing sales cycles.

Tasks

-Serves as a primary new business sales contact for Wipfli’s CRE Practice. -Manage multiple, complex pursuits and coordinate a collective sales effort with subject matter experts and consultants through the entire sales lifecycle -Represent the technology stack and other big bets offerings within CRE -Participate in trade shows and regional industry events -Develop and cultivate a target list of companies within given territory -Assist with preparing and presenting the value proposition -Develop prospects through external referral sources, associations and networking groups -Creating awareness, building relationships with key accounts and Relationship Executives in Wipfli’s CRE Practice -Help direct marketing campaigns and programs - following up on marketing qualified leads to further foster those prospects and turn them into sales opportunities

What You Bring

-Ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations -The ability to craft and execute strategic and tactical plans to close projects and services -Know about the targeted market segment needs, industry issues, comparative threats and our service offerings -Working knowledge of Procore, Sage, and the Microsoft Stack a plus -Ability to manage and sell on social platforms -Construction and Real Estate (CRE) experience is a plus -Demonstrated success in developing new client relationship -5+ years of consultative selling in the software industry -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other job related major, or an equivalent level of job-related experience -Familiarity with selling intangibles and value-added services
