Business Development Manager (B2B Projects)

Drive full-cycle B2B project sales and manage delivery for renewable infrastructure.
Map stakeholders (owners, developers, EPCs, consultants, fabricators), lead bid strategy, and manage tenders/RFQs with compelling commercial and technical narratives.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close for project-driven opportunities; build, qualify and convert a robust pipeline.
Negotiate commercial terms, liaising with legal, finance and leadership to structure competitive proposals that balance price, risk and delivery.
Coordinate handover to delivery: align scope, schedules, Incoterms, QA, and site requirements with project management, engineering and supply chain.
Represent the brand at client meetings, site visits and industry events; travel as required.
Network across developers, EPCs, consultants and owners in C&I or utility sectors.
Develop account plans, run QBRs, forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene; report on market trends and competitor activity.
