Tasks

-Supervise associates, enforce compliance with safety protocols and company policies, and drive productivity improvements while minimizing scrap and rework. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, maintain equipment, and coordinate plant changes or repairs. -Manage daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. -They will collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure training, safety measures, and performance evaluations are in place to uphold a compliant and productive work environment.

What You Bring

-Organizational and time-management skills to achieve established goals. -A strong background in safety and the ability to enforce company safety procedures. -The ability to read blueprints, understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and understanding CNC programming is required. -Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. -Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is also preferred. -The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience operating CNC and manual machine tools. -The ability to work all shifts and weekends when necessary is a requirement. -At least five (5) years of supervisory experience, along with a solid understanding of machining processes. -Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
