Coordinate engineering design activities for substation projects, supporting project managers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Protection & Control, Civil, Structural, and Electrical teams) and external consultants to ensure alignment on design objectives.
Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and preparing technical input for RFPs and contracts.
Maintain project records, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change logs.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Organize and participate in design review meetings, site visits, and project status updates.

Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with electrical station design, transmission/distribution systems, or related engineering disciplines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and document control systems.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other design software is an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
PMP or CAPM certification is considered an asset.
