- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, processing, registrations, and authorizations.

- Assist with the development of and review project proposals and cost estimates.
- Assist with organizing and editing project manuals for bidding and contracting.
- Assist in drafting agreements utilizing company and AIA standard agreements.
- Track project expenses and ensure contracts meet financial requirements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules and resource plans.
- Support project managers in setting budgets and financial goals.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
