-Manage and expand the existing site assessment and remediation services in the region. -Provide and lead continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor and promote quality standards and practices. -Manage the success of the key group metrics of revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing and collections, and project profitability. -Prepare proposals and cost estimates for various projects in the department's scope.

The incumbent will monitor all the projects and ensure that the work is completed on time and is within the client's requirements. The Manager will supervise and support the team and contribute to the growth of the department through new business development activities. -Strong ability to supervise/lead/manage a team of consultants. -Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred. -5+ years of comprehensive technical experience in remediation or site assessment. -Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
