Tasks
-Customer Focus – Build strong customer relationships & deliver customer-centric solutions -Drive corporate initiatives and organizational changes through supplier development, sustainability, supplier diversity, total cost savings, audit remediation, and SOX reporting. -Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. -Oversee the vehicle and equipment standards, acquisition process for procuring $50M+ of equipment annually. -Negotiate high-level contracts to ensure best value for the corporation. -Lead business transformation efforts in conjunction with strategic priorities – ERP implementation, acquisition integration, restructuring -Build Effective Teams – Build strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills & perspectives to achieve goals -Manage Conflict – Handle conflict effectively, with minimum noise -Manages resolution of supplier or subcontractor disputes/ claims -Actively manage, mentor and coach team members; inspire and encourage continued growth and development -Partner with the business unit leadership to drive continuous improvement and change management. -Leading the end-to-end Sourcing and Procurement function, including cross-functional third-party vendor management and contract negotiation Direct our Strategic Sourcing and Category Management processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement of approximately $125M of annual purchases of material and services. -Collaborate (Plan & Align, Influence) – Build partnerships & work collaboratively w/others to meet shared objectives -Build/maintain relationships with Segment/Corporate teams. -Identify financial and operational opportunities and work across functions to drive improvement -Foster a long-term partnership with key suppliers to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain. -Responsible for the implementation of performance measures for Fleet Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.

What You Bring
-BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field -Experience with ERP integrations and/or enhancements; JDE or Oracle preferred -Ability to accurately and efficiently close books, report timely results and explain variances -Highly organized and detail oriented; able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; excellent project management and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time, on budget, and on goal -Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate vision and gain alignment with senior leaders -Ability to inspire/lead change; track record of building strong teams -Ability to influence, adapt and lead through change and ambiguity in a dynamic growth environment -Drive Vision & Purpose – Presence; paint a compelling picture of the vision & strategy that motivates others to action -5 years leadership/management experience -Problem solver adept at envisioning, implementing and building consensus around optimal solutions -Organizational Savvy – Maneuver comfortably through complex policy, process, & people-related org dynamics -Manage Ambiguity – Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear -10 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or fleet operations or related operational experience
