Leasing Consultant promotes community, tours units, processes leases, and handles resident events.

Tasks

-Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more -Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations -Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents -Collect and secure rental payments

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent to -Customer service or sales experience -Tax Credit experience preferred -Valid driver’s license -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
