What you would be doing

On the front line with Customers, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and determining the need. Forward to appropriate personnel or handle the need personally.
Determine and gather the missing pieces of information for customer orders. If a judgment call is required, then consult with appropriate team member.
Interaction with various pre-press departments to ensure successful completion of custom product orders.
Enter sales orders on to the computer system.
Meet with Sales Reps and learn about their top customers.
Work with Supply Chain Manager to place Purchase Orders for items ordered by customers and not in stock.
Successfully manage time and keep an organized work area.
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.
What you bring

Competent use of math to calculate totals, sums, margins and percentages.

Microsoft products familiarity
Business related degree desired.
Ability to understand and work with spreadsheets
4-Year degree from College/University desired.
Training on each of the following procedures: Pr-4.2-02, Pr-7.2-01, Pr-7.3-01, Pr-7.4-01, Pr-7.5-01, Pr-8.2-01, Pr-8.3-01, Pr-8.5-01
Positive, confident and effective communication skills, including in person, over the phone, and via email.
