The Role

Overview

Handles accounting tasks for construction projects, including invoicing and expense reporting.

Tasks

-Interface with Project Directors/ Managers, project staff, and CRB management to ensure all key controls around invoice processing, expense reporting, client invoicing, and collections/ accounts payable comply with company requirements -Daily interaction with company personnel, managers, clients, and vendors -Plan and perform accounting functions that conform to current approval policies and procedures

What You Bring

-Up to two years of prior experience in a construction accounting position -Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus -Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred -Must be comfortable working to established deadlines during financial periods -General understanding of accounting standards and principles -Knowledge of basic financial/accounting/administrative duties -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy should be maintained
