Tasks
-Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner -Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures -Observe the distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow and indicate low spots for workers to add material. -Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers -Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment. -Check filters and grease equipment -Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap and excess materials.

What You Bring
-Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment. -Stress Management/Composure. -2-4 Years of Operating Experience Preferred. -Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment. -Must be reliable/have reliable transportation. -Communication Proficiency.
