  • Collaborate with System Engineering and Technical Services teams on proposal preparation, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the VIC Sales Team with pre-sales solution design, including site surveys, technical inputs, and detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Provide technical escalation support to the VIC Technical Services team and guide problem resolution during deployments.
  • Lead and audit Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for major projects.
  • Ensure all technical work is documented and reviewed to maintain a consistently high standard across the business.
  • Assist with Support & Maintenance Contract proposals and ongoing customer reporting.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the organisation.
  • Manage ACMA frequency allocations and renewals in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical or complex solutions sales role, ideally within radio communications or telecommunications.
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting capability.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail in preparing technical proposals and tenders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical, sales, and delivery functions.
  • Proven ability to design, integrate, and implement technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of two-way radio systems, RF networks, and in-building coverage solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
