- Perform tasks in compliance with GCP guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Adhere to safety and Operational Integrity procedures.
- Support study preparation and conduct through administrative tasks such as test material preparation and quality checking documents.
- Ensure timely attendance at the clinic for assigned studies.
- Assist coordinators with clinic tasks, including ESAQ administrations and check-in processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and panelists and maintain positive interactions with peers and leadership.
- Aid in the development of study paperwork for coordinators.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous laboratory experience with training on equipment use
- Ability to follow instructions and study protocols according to GCP guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in a Science field (Microbiology, Health Studies, Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in clinical trials, data entry, and laboratory settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
