Provide hands on & customer support as required for resolution of hardware/Software field problems as they occur including bulk gas, instrument, electrical, mechanical and analytical equipment problems. Raise as appropriate to site management for further support.
Responsible for input & alignment to site safety, to include BSP (Basic Safety Process) compliance, LSO (Online) training compliance.
Participate in (CPS) investigations relating to equipment failures, work with site management/Global Support Services to determine root causes of failure, and the recommendation of appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall equipment Up-Time.
Day to day operation & maintenance of equipment
Customer interface: Attend daily Module meetings. Module Monthly SIT meeting, Support Audits.
Maintain flawless execution, paying close attention to detail and implement work to the highest standard.

Strong influencing skills.
Good knowledge of Bulk Gas plant equipment preferred.
Must demonstrate respect and professionalism when interacting with others.
Electrical and Electronic technical engineering experience required.
Has good understanding of the principles of work processes and data management.
Good organisation and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with customers, third party vendors and also employees at all levels of the organisation.
SCADA and PLC experience preferred.
Experienced in trouble shooting techniques required.
Experience in the following areas: MOC, TWI, SWIMS, preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Professional Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics diploma or related apprenticeship training- required.
Good interpersonal skills; proficient communication skills, both written and verbal -required.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications literate required.
