What you would be doing

Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair using technology, telephony, and virtual capabilities
Conduct sales planners and needs assessment to inform account targeting efforts, including expansion within existing installed base and renewal efforts
Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries such as estimating, insurance certificate requests, billing questions, call back concerns, maintenance record requests, and scheduling
Build relationships by contacting customers on a rotational basis or as dictated by customer expectations
Assist with customer concern resolution along with Operations, including Service PM and Supervisor
Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 units

Excellent demonstrated customer service skills required
1-3 years of sales experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
