  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and delighted customers.
  • Diagnose needs and propose solutions aligned to client goals and preferences.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms; close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collect measurements and site photos; create design plans for proper heating and cooling, including BTU calculations and layout recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline reviews, and forecasts to management.
  • Be the face of Rycor in Charlotte—owning in-home consultations, designs, and deals.
  • Represent Rycor at industry events and trade shows to build awareness and pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Meet customers at their home or business for in-person consultations.
  • Help clients transition to efficient, comfortable, modern HVAC solutions.

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an in-home, B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and disciplined; team-oriented when it counts.
  • Competence in measuring and quoting, with HVAC knowledge (heating and air conditioning) and the ability to produce design layouts.
  • Negotiation prowess and a consistent record of closing.
  • Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Background in customer service, outside sales, and business-to-consumer selling.
