Tasks

-Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts -Handle heavy workload of calls -Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork -Keep manager informed of customer feedback -Manage workload and job scheduling -Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company -Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team -When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups -Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) -Report team performance issues to the Supervisor -Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
