Overview

Develops cost estimates, manages procurement, and oversees project execution for IDIQ contracts.

Tasks

-Participate in meetings, conduct administrative duties, and address service quality concerns -Develop Activity Hazard Assessments (AHA) and validate subcontractor OSHA compliance per EM-385 Standards -Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and provide regular project status updates -Prepare comprehensive RFQ and RFP documents outlining work nature, scope, sequence, and priority -Coordinate with IDIQ and Site Managers on scheduling, safety requirements, and environmental compliance -Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, track labor costs, and ensure timely completion -Coordinate final inspections with quality department to maintain JBOS quality standards -Maintain documentation in MAXIMO work order management system for project tracking and reporting -Analyze customer work orders and develop detailed scopes of work that minimize disruption to facility operations -Apply building codes and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, UBC) to ensure contract compliance

What You Bring

-CQM-C Certificate -Technical degree from recognized 2 or 4-year educational institution OR 6 years of estimating and planning experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional construction -Experience with EM-385 Standards and federal safety protocols -Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles within construction or facility management industry -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio -Ability to develop scopes of work and construction requirements with minimal direction -Familiarity with federal facility operations and compliance requirements -Strong customer relationship management and communication skills -Knowledge of online RS Means estimating systems -Ability to coordinate multiple project activities while maintaining quality standards -Previous CMMS work order management experience -Previous government contracting experience -Valid driver's license -Strong presentation skills for delivering technical proposals to customers
