Healthcare Superintendent Level 1

Overview

Supervises and manages construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and client experience.

Tasks

-Timely schedule and coordinate all inspections required by permits and governmental authorities through the successful receipt of the certificates of completion, punch completion, and final completion certificates. -Prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports. -Team up with other high-performing coworkers. -Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project. -Create and manage schedules, prepare RFI's, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings. -Lead subcontractors in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met. -Effectively communicate with owner and design professionals. -Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies, and OSHA job-site requirements. -Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal responses (RFP’s) and the formal presentation for a project. -Learning and applying DeAngelis Diamond's SOP's, standard operating procedures, to your work.

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within our core market project types or have grown through DD's career path leading to this role. -Proven track record of successfully leading projects up to $10 million. -Healthcare Construction and AHCA experience are strongly preferred. -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, Plangrid, and Scheduling programs. -PTO: 1st year: 8 days; Years 2-5: 18 days; 6-10 Years: 23 days, 11+ Years: 28 days -Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude -Costco or Sam’s Club membership -Able to function in a collaborative and friendly environment. -Positive, high energy, and eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth company. -Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards. -Outstanding communicator and team leader.
