Tasks

-Responsibility for assisting with the design, testing, implementation, documentation and on-going performance of daily operational processes and systems required for RESs, CSMs, MSPs and GAAs to enroll retail customers in retail choice programs and tariffs. Ongoing responsibility for performing daily processes. (25%) -Ongoing responsibility for performing retail customer billing analyses resulting from market participant inquiries. (25%) -Responsibility for assisting with the design, testing, implementation, documentation and on-going performance of daily operational processes and systems associated with preparing and delivering historical retail customer usage data resulting from market participant data requests and billing market participants for those services. Ongoing responsibility for performing daily processes (25%) -Responsibility for assisting with the design, testing, implementation, documentation and on-going performance of daily operational processes and systems associated with GAA activities including addressing GAA inquiries. Ongoing responsibility for performing daily processes. (25%)

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communications skills -Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and retail tariffs, billing and enrollments -Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or relevant discipline and a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience. -Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions
