Overview

Provides admin support for land acquisition, contracts, invoices, and project setup.

Tasks

-Provide administrative support of Land Development and Forward Planning staff as required -Assist with the tracking of project budgets and schedules -Manage department files -Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule -Prepare Investment Committee binders -Review and process property management startup and hand-off documentation -Track and process land acquisition and development contracts -Track and process invoices -Comply with company policies and procedure -Assist with establishment of new projects

What You Bring

-Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed -Ability to multi-task and problem solve day-to-day office activities -Previous experience in an administrative capacity -Strong written and verbal communication skills required -Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device -Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement. -Experience in professional environment dealing with various levels of management and external contacts is required -Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable -The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds -Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Word -Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager -Excellent telephone customer service skills required -Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time -At least 2+ years work-related experience OR AA degree required
