  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents and drawings.
  • Prepare and process monthly progress estimates and quantities.
  • Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings as required.
  • Perform site review of construction activities for conformance of the contract documents and drawings.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other Project Site Representatives and Construction Administrator or Project Manager.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public as required.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, contract documents, and specifications.
  • Superior English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, and related to linear projects including watermains, sewers, roads is a project requirement.
  • Must have a valid class G driver's license and their own vehicle for transportation between office and assigned work site.
  • Contract administrative experience is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Civil Tech diploma OR an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
