Tasks

-Maintain and update digital files, spreadsheets, and project records. -Support the estimating team with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. -Schedule and track site visits as needed -Enter data accurately into estimating and landscaping software systems, including Aspire. -Assist in preparing and organizing work proposals and bid forms. -Communicate with team members to clarify or gather project information. -Review bid documents and input project details for estimating purposes.

What You Bring
