Property Solutions is seeking an entry level full time CAD operator Moorestown, NJ. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. This essential role provides project support to our expert project management team. -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; -Experience with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook -1 to 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced and deadline driven office environment preferred but not required -Able to modify existing CAD drawings. -Able to work independently to complete projects. -Knowledge of GIS is a plus. -Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred -Ability to work well with others and take direction from multiple individuals. -Able to manage multiple workloads and prioritize. -Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests in an environment of deadlines and changing priorities -The position requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills. -Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD is a must, applicants will be administered a test to demonstrate speed, accuracy, and efficiency. -Ability to work independently and within a team environment; -Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail orientated. -Experience with AutoCAD 2018 or higher.
