Tasks

-Communicate with investors as they perform their due diligence and underwriting of prospective projects. -Provide direction to develop and implement procedures that impact budgets, costs and strategic goals -Prepare margin analysis and pricing pro formas -Collaborating with the Division President and other leaders to increase overall division performance. -Facilitate trailing costs accruals -Responsibility for aiding in cost control in the divisions assigned -Preparation and review of pro formas, financial statements, forecasts and G&A expenditures

What You Bring

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and effective Director of Finance with a proven history of accounting and finance success to join our team. In this role, you will perform numerous functions related to improving the financial performance of our homebuilding operations. -Homebuilding experience is strongly preferred but other related industries may be considered. -Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships -Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal -College degree in Accounting or Finance -Strong attention to detail -Strong organizational skills and time management skills -Thorough knowledge of financial operations -Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
