Overview

Perform maintenance (appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C, electrical) for apartment community.

Tasks

-Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy -Perform preventative maintenance repairs -Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community -Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties -Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program -Assists with resident functions -Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner

What You Bring

-You have experience in apartment maintenance -A/C Certification Type II or Universal -Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call -At least one year of apartment maintenance experience -You’re punctual, dependable and a self-starter -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
