Drive dealer partnerships, manage full sales cycle, hit revenue targets for EV charging.
Monitor Competitor Activity- you’ll keep track of competitor initiatives, market trends, and dealer programs to inform strategy and maintain Pod’s competitive edge
Identify and Secure New Partners - you’ll proactively target and acquire new dealerships, dealer groups, and used car supermarket partners to expand Pod’s market presence
Collaborate Cross-Functionally - you’ll Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, enablement, and alignment on joint initiatives
Leverage Data and Insight - you’ll provide regular pipeline updates, accurate forecasting, and market feedback to inform strategy, improve performance, and enhance partner experience
Develop Go-To Market Plans - you’ll collaborate with dealers to create tailored strategies that drive home charger referrals for EV drivers in the showroom
Manage the Full Sales Cycle - you’ll take ownership from prospecting and proposal through negotiation, contract execution, and seamless partner onboarding
Deliver Commercial Results - you’ll achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, taking accountability for both financial performance and the quality of partnerships secured

Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
Track record of exceeding revenue and new business growth targets
Exposure to EV charging or clean mobility solutions – understanding of the EV ecosystem to better position Pod’s products with dealers
Superior sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, able to define and execute sales plans while adapting to market shifts
Proven success in full-cycle sales delivery with annual targets of £2m+
Familiarity with dealership systems, lead management tools, or HubSpot to manage pipeline efficiently
Background in sales enablement or dealer training – experience supporting or coaching dealership teams to improve product adoption or referrals
Company EV and Pod Charger
5+ years’ experience working within or with automotive dealerships
Experienced in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
Event or trade show experience – representing a business at automotive industry events, exhibitions, or local dealer forums.
Experience with automotive retail digital tools or CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot)
