- Assist team members with networking equipment, firewalls, software-defined networking, and other network administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that contract requirements are met, perform hardware/software deployments, and ensure smooth transition of services from incumbent providers.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
