Executive Assistant

• Track key tasks, prioritize requests, and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and/or other management staff.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized filing systems and up-to-date executive records.
• Support cross-functional coordination with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate international travel arrangements.
• Provide logistical support for board meetings, investor relations, and corporate events.
• Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and executive presentations.

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day executive operations and communications, enabling the leadership to focus on strategic priorities and decision-making. This is a key role within a fast-paced, mission-driven company in the renewable energy sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in multinational corporations or the energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and availability to travel if needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent command of English (advanced or bilingual level) and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
