Overview
Admin support & coordination for land acquisition, feasibility, and related documentation.

Tasks
-Prepare collateral materials (aerial photos, maps, exhibits, etc.). -Distribute internal feasibility memos and schedule and monitor feasibility meetings. -Monitor market consultants’ schedules and reports. -Provide project-specific market data. -Assist in coordinating and communicating with legal counsel, architects, brokers, and consultants during acquisition efforts. -Track due diligence budgets and expedite invoice payments. -Provide administrative support to department managers. -Coordinate market research for opportunities. -Coordinate with escrow and title companies for new acquisitions. -Organize and maintain market research files and reports. -Monitor and maintain deposit payments and escrow schedules. -File and maintain escrow and title documents. -Maintain and organize land acquisition files. -Track and manage land opportunities as needed. -Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. -Make minor adjustments to financial proformas as needed. -Assemble, format, and distribute feasibility folders. -Prepare and execute close-out documents.

What You Bring
-Excellent math, written, and oral communication skills. -3-5 years of experience with a home-builder, developer, or real estate-related company. -Understanding and adherence to work rules and procedures. -Home building or title company experience strongly preferred. -Ability to accept constructive criticism. -Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; JD Edwards systems experience preferred. -Ability to manage priorities under pressure. -Professional work ethic with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. -Ability to follow directions from a supervisor. -High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. -Unrestricted motor vehicle license. -Regular attendance and punctuality required. -Effective interaction with co-workers.
