Assist Acquisitions team with underwriting, market research, and presentation prep.

Tasks
-Conduct thorough market research to inform decision-making. -Collaborate with other interns from various disciplines and universities. -Assist in the preparation of debt and equity offering presentations. -Participate in company-wide and departmental meetings, social events, and professional networking opportunities. -Work closely with senior leadership within the Acquisitions team, gaining unique insights and experience. -Prepare underwriting Excel models and analyze source documents. -Support the Acquisitions team by maintaining pipeline management software.

What You Bring
-Based out of our Camden, NJ headquarters (5x a week) -Develop valuable skills such as business acumen, quantitative analysis, and presentation abilities. -Pursuing degree in Real Estate Development, Finance, Economics or Urban Planning -Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week during the school year
