Second chair and where appropriate first chair mediations, arbitrations, oral arguments, hearings and trials.
Assist partners in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, oral arguments, hearings, fact finding conferences, and trials.
Draft deposition outlines, prepare exhibits, prepare witnesses. First and second chair depositions
Communicate with clients to obtain information for position statements
Perform research on a variety of labor and employment matters
Maintains high standards of performance
Draft motions in federal and state court
Draft position statements and responses to administrative charges (EEOC, NY State Division of Human Rights, CT Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities)
Draft handbooks and policies
Respond to discovery requests
