The Role
Overview
Oversee all Clubhouse operations, including bar, restaurant, fitness, pools and events
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation -Oversee and implement policies and procedures; create new ones as needed -Hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees included but not limited to lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers, etc -Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors -Maintain compliance with state and local regulations -Manage all day-to-day operations -Oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness

What You Bring
-Microsoft Office experience -College degree preferred -Event Planning experience -Valid Driver's License and vehicle -Ability to maintain confidential information -Employee management experience -Ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays -Energetic, creative, outgoing, highly organized -Strong written and oral communication -Must have or be willing to obtain RAMP Certification, ServSafe Certification, Lifeguard Certification, and PA State Clearances -2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience
