Design and manage bridge projects, including analysis, design, and inspections.

Tasks
-Responsibilities will grow over time to managing/overseeing scopes, schedules and budgets for projects and daily successful operation of all aspects of project delivery including customer interface.

What You Bring
-Successful candidate will be articulate with a professional presence and solid decision-making, planning and organizational skills. -Candidate should be well versed in the use of the AASHTO LRFD and LFD Bridge Design Specifications. -Professional Engineering (PE) License registered in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain within 1 year is required. -BS in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. Masters Preferred, but not required. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Prior experience with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects preferred including being well versed in client design policies, standards and specifications. -Ability to grow while working in a team environment, demonstrated organizational skills, self-motivated, and a commitment to continuous improvement. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) -Proficiency in MicroStation, InRoads or OpenRoads design software is desirable. -Position requires effective time management -Analytical and interpersonal skills. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in the analysis and design of concrete and structural steel bridges (new and rehabilitation) and related simple and complex structures.
