-Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance operational efficiency. -Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and industry knowledge. -Travel to various community locations to gain a diverse understanding of the company’s operations and build strong relationships with teams across different regions. -Participate in leadership meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business success. -Work closely with senior executives and department heads to understand the operations and strategic goals of the organization. -Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers different aspects of executive leadership, including strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. -Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. -Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. -Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
