- Take assignments with a sense of urgency; deliver solutions and results in a timely manner; can-do mentality, pro-active working attitude, and hands-on approach.
- Stay up to date on PV/ESS technologies and industry trends by taking part in technical meetings and industry shows.
- Pre-Sales support to the residential sales team, with respect to providing documentation that covers application-related knowledge to customers and assisting customers in their project designs, constructions, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and warranty coverage.
- Provide product training and promote Qcells solutions to customers and the sales team; represent Qcells at trade shows and conferences.
- Manage all Software Testing for current and new product release to market and helping internal/external teams with API integration efforts. This relates to pre-production, post-production, release updates, desktop and mobile App based feature release testing, UI/UX for Residential PV and Battery Energy Solutions.

- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and have a proven track record of reliability and work ethic.
- Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position.
- Experience in managing release of products to market.
- Good communication skills with customers, management, and internal teams.
- Strong professional integrity and sense of ownership of assignments.
- Background in defining, reviewing online and print copy documentation is a plus.
- Good business acumen; strong sense of technical issues, customer service, and business result relationships.
- 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing for Residential PV or Energy solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Physical Science or Engineering.
- This target salary range is for CA positions only and should not be interpreted as an offer of compensation.
