The Role
Overview
Provide personalized resident support and liaison services during admission and stay.

Tasks
-Work with care management team and communicate daily regarding Reflections Serenade unit operations and resident needs. -Act as liaison between resident/family and departments to meet overall needs of resident. -Meet with managers and care staff daily to discuss any new admissions, concerns, changes, etc. -Coordinate trips with Escapades department. -Review menus and collect choices for all meals for the following day for Room Service program. -Maintains an open and ongoing dialogue/relationship with residents, families and other team members. -Coordinate daily social hour with Dining Services and serve in Reflections Serenade dining room.

What You Bring
-MUST Have a Driver's License * -High School Diploma or GED -Minimum two years work experience/training in hospitality and/or customer service required -A valid state driver’s license and at least 5 years of licensed driving experience -Excellent time management and organizational abilities. -Excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills -FSA (Commuter/Parking)
