Tasks

-Provide ongoing maintenance of products by encouraging user engagement and documenting issues. -Research off-the-shelf or third-party AI tools and coordinate with vendors for procurement of those tools. -Hold both product team and subject-matter-experts accountable to delivery timelines. -Integration of financial data with project controls and forecasting -Ensure all solutions adhere to the CSG AI Policy. -Collaborate with the Software Development team for the development of custom solutions. -Oversee the delivery of custom and off-the-shelf solutions to boost production staff productivity. -Establish a standard onboarding and training process for delivering tools to CSG staff. -Establish effective success metrics for each project and track metrics utilizing PowerBI. -Establish product delivery timelines and communicate progress updates to the Director of Digital Transformation.

What You Bring

-Strong skills in data analysis using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools -Ability to extract insights from project, financial, and operational data -Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methods tailored to AEC -Data Analytics & Business Intelligence -Proven experience as a Product Manager within Digital Transformation or similar role -In-depth knowledge of new and emerging digital trends and technologies -BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Digital technologies or relevant field -ERP, Financial Systems and Project Management Software -Ability to design integration architecture for disparate platforms (e.g., BIM, ERP, PM tools) through APIs -Experience leading digital tool rollouts and training across technical and non-technical teams -Experience with project management and digital technologies
